| What
is an E-ticket?
E-tickets (electronic
ticket) are a 'ticket-less' way to book
flights. Once you have made your booking,
it is stored electronically in the airline
reservation system.
E-tickets are convenient,
especially for the late bookings. You
don’t have to worry about the
ticket arriving in the mail or going
to our ticketing office. You only need
to print it out from our online database.
You can easily purchase tickets for
other people in disparate locations;
just make sure you get them the official
confirmation printout. E-tickets make
online booking even more convenient.
E-tickets are not
yet available to all international flights,
in this situation, paper tickets will
be issued instead.

| How
do I know my ticket is a paper ticket
or an E-ticket?
Some short term special
fares are E-tickets only, as requested
by airlines. Some of them are marked
in our Specials section.
Once you have made
an online order, we will send you the
verified flights confirmation within
24 hours. There is also an option for
you to choose the type of the ticket
you would like to receive; if it is
available to your flights. |
| How
long would it take to receive my tickets?
Faresaver will issue
you the tickets within 24 hours once
a total payment for the tickets has
been received. We will send your E-ticket
by email or fax immediately. For paper
tickets we will send it by Express Post
or Register Post on the same day of
ticketing. |
| Where
else I can see my booking, and print
my booking itinerary or E-ticket?
Go to www.virtuallythere.com
and log on with your 6 digit reservation
number (a booking record locator which
comes up on your screen after you have
finished all of your flight booking
steps). Enter the passenger surname
and then click the "E-ticket receipt"
button to print the E-ticket receipt. |

can I find the best fares from Faresaver?
All our most up-to-date
fares are on the website. The new ones
are being updated constantly. Simply
click on the Specials section of the
Homepage to find the current week's
special offers.
Another great way
to keep up to date with the latest travel
deals and offers is by subscribing to
our short term special offers via email. |

do I do if I have difficulties when
booking my flight online?
Ring our customer
service (02 9460 1196) during the working
hours and our travel consultant will
assist you. You may also elect to send
us an email which will be replied within
24 hours.

do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed
all the steps of an online flight booking
a booking reference number will be shown
on the final screen.
A final confirmation
email with all the fare conditions will
be then sent to you within 24 hours
of reservation.

| What
do I do if I have not received my booking
confirmation email within 24 hours?
First, you need to
check your email account’s security
settings and make sure it permits receiving
attachments. Also, please check with
your network administrators to see if
your company’s network firewall
permits mail (attachments) through to
your email account.
Then contact us and
we will email/fax it to you again.

do I book multi-stop flights, or an
open-jaw flight?
For these flights
you will need to contact us by phone
or email. Our travel consultant will
then assist you with your booking.

| Can
I book a ticket if I am travelling today?
You cannot book your
flight through our online booking engine
if your flight is departing within 48
hours. However you may contact us during
our business hours and we will arrange
it for you where possible.

do I make changes to my flight booking?
First, you need to
check your email account’s security
settings and make sure it permits receiving
attachments. Also, please check with
your network administrators to see if
your company’s network firewall
permits mail (attachments) through to
your email account.
Then contact us and
we will email/fax it to you again. |
| What
do I do if I have not received my booking
confirmation email within 24 hours?
Before you make a
reservation, we suggest that you check
the “Fare Rules” first.
If the tickets are changeable you may
use any one of the following methods:
- By Email: send to bookings@Faresaver.com.au
- By Phone: call 02 9460 1196 during
business hours.
- By Contacting your Airline reservation
number directly.
If the changes to your bookings result
in tickets having to be re-issued
by the airline, please refer to "ticket
revalidation".

How is the ticketing deadline decided?
As you are aware, most of the available online booking engines require customers to make their online reservation and pay for the bookings before the process is completed.
At Faresaver, we value your business and, at most cases, we will be happy to offer you up to seven days to decide before you pay for your reserved flights. However this period may vary depending on the following conditions.
- 1、Special Flights Deal:
- Most special deals require ticketing within 72 hours of reservation unless deals end earlier.
- 2、Normal Adult Fares:
- Airlines allow longer period for adult fares. In this case, we will require you to pay certain amount of deposit within 7 days to keep your booking “alive” till you pay it in full.
- Our online booking support team will verify your booking and a “verified” ticketing deadline for your reservation will be sent to you in the
final booing confirmation email.

What do I do if I do not meet the payment within the ticketing deadline set by Faresaver?
For “Special Deals”
- Your reservation will be cancelled in our booking engine as well as airlines' reservation system. You will need to re-book it online if you still need to travel and there is a risk of seats availability and fare increase.
For “Adult Fares”
- A deposit of $100 is required to keep your flights reservation. You will have to meet the full payment before the airlines ticketing deadline (which is subject to change). In this case, taxes and surchargers will NOT be guaranteed until the full amount is made. The airfare may also, in some cases, change by airlines with or without prior notice.

| Do
I have to re-confirm my flights?
For most airlines,
yes!
Faresaver recommends that all our
passengers should reconfirm their
inbound flights at least 72 hours
prior to flight departure. Failure
to do so may result in seat cancellation
by the airlines.

| What
happens if I do not pay my flight booking
within 72 hours or within the payment
deadline?
Your booking will
be cancelled. If you wish to re-book
then you must re-check the prices and
seat availabilities again.

| How
can I pay for my flight booking?
You can pay your
reservation by using any of the following
methods:

Cash / Cheque / EFTPOS
Credit Card
Online Secure Payment

| Are
there any additional charges on Faresaver?
Ticket revalidation
& cancellation
In some instances,
ticket revalidation may require a ticket
being re-issued by airlines. In this
situation there is a re-issuing fee
(depending on the airlines) and sometimes
an additional charge for the fare class
difference may be required at the time
of reissuing.
Administrative charges from Faresaver:
An Administration
fee of $50.00 will
be applied to every re-issued ticket.
An Administration
fee of $100.00 will
be applied to every ticket cancellation
or refund translation.
Ticket delivery
We do not charge
for the delivery of normal travel documents.. |
| How
do I know if my flight departure date
can be changed or the ticket can be
refunded?
Faresaver offers
the best deals on your flights; however
many of the special tickets have their
restrictions. Normally, the cheaper
the fare, the more restrictions they
have. Once you have selected your flight
you can see the specific restrictions
attached.
The extent to which
you can change and how much extra will
need to be paid is dependent upon whether
or not the changes are allowed in the
fare rules and the flight availability
on the new proposed dates. All special
tickets are NON-Refundable after departure.

| What
happens if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel a confirmed
booking after making deposit, and your
ticket has not been issued, a NON
Refundable deposit of
$100 may apply.
If you cancel your
booking after a full payment, there
is then a ticket cancellation charge
from the airlines (only if the ticket
is refundable by the airline), plus
an additional $100 administrative
charge. The refund may take
a few months to process, depending on
the airlines. |
| How
can I request special requirements such
as meal or preferred seating etc?
You can simply put
your special requirements on the “Special
Requirement” box at the flight
booking details page during the online
booking process. You can also email
us at anytime before departure with
specific details on requirements. Please
note that we can not guarantee seating
allocation.

| What
documentations do I need to bring when
Checking-In?
A printed receipt
of your E-ticket with ticket number,
or a paper ticket.
Your valid Passport and Visa.
|
| What
is my luggage allowance?
Your total luggage
allowance is shown on your ticket.
Passengers travelling Economy Class
are usually allowed 20kg; Business
Class allowed 30kg; and First Class
allowed 40kg. However, some airlines
have different restriction to their
maximum luggage allowances.
United States and Canada use a system
where two pieces of luggage are allowed;
each luggage being no more than 158cm
in size (i.e length + width + height
=158cm) and 32 Kg in weight.
