Please record my appreciation for the efforts of one of your staff by the name of Sina who went to extra trouble to re-arrange a flight for me recently due my need to return to Australia due to a leg injury that, although not serious, hampered my mobility and made an early return necessary.

The efforts made were uncomplaining and prompt and courteous.

Myself and my Wife travel a couple of times a year overseas and although only a small part of this trip was done through Faresaver this time I will definitely put your firm on top of the list for my next trip.
